Blown-Up Blooms

Bloom in Focus: Acrylic Painting Students will create vibrant acrylic paintings inspired by close-up views of flowers or bugs. Artists will carefully study the unique shapes, colors, and patterns found within their chosen bloom and develop an enlarged composition that highlights its natural beauty and detail. Throughout the class, students will learn foundational acrylic painting techniques, including brushwork, layering, blending, and color mixing. This workshop encourages observation, creativity, and expressive use of color while helping artists build confidence in painting on a larger scale.
